Conditions of Exchange 

we want you to love your purchases, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. please carefully read through our exchange policy, as by purchasing with our boutique, you are agreeing to the terms that will be outlined below.

Full exchange conditions 

• we offer exchanges and store credit only - no refunds 
• only Arizona based orders are eligible for exchange and must be processed within 14 days of delivery or purchase. 
• exchanges can be made in-store at our Phoenix location with receipt or order number. 

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order or purchase date.
• items must be unworn, unwashed, and In original conditions with tags attached. 
• items must be free of; stains, makeup, perfume, or Any signs of visible wear 
• customers must provide a receipt or order number to process the exchange 
• items are eligible for exchange will be credited as a store credit only. 
• final sale items are not eligible under any condition
